The whole body is definitely anti-scratching. Also it relies on the movement of your hands to get the running energy, but no need for an athletic movement! Just the usual everyday hand and wrist movements are enough.

So I guarantee you that whatever money you spend on the Submariner, they'll definitely by the best spent ever!
